On the morning of Eid al-Adha, Sayyid Mahdi al-Ameen, Head of Social Services Department at I.M.A.M., led the Eid prayer at the Islamic Center of America in Dearborn, Michigan. After the prayer, Sayyid al-Ameen gave a speech revolving around building self character and becoming closer to Allah (swt). He also advised everyone not to become attached to this world as it is very short and we will all departure it soon.
